A Tribute to Dr. Aoyagi

A man that changed the world and touched everyone that is alive now, he was there at your birth to say if you are okay so everyone can be at ease, he was there at the end for many too to say their pulse left, time for AED, take me off them, clear, shock, put me back on now, time to double check manually for pulse too. He also was there to help offer many of you more time; he has been there to tell the doctors to now do things to save your life, each and every one of you that are alive have literally physically been touched to some regard by him. Do you know him yet or what he invented? Much of how his technology works is a mystery to most people because he didn’t speak English great, Japanese was his native language. This goes to considerable depth to explain much to the western world about the limits of the technology so that people don’t misuse his tool, as its not to be treated like a idol or god, it is not alive and it has limits most can not see, because its calibrated to healthy people, so healthy people, most of us, it appears to work perfectly about all the time, because we about all the time are within those red blood count limits the “program” reads through infrared light waves and it reads back around 98% SPo2 if it counts enough literally just redness in that area of circulation. Red light has twice as many Microns as blue light. It really isn’t that complicated when you understand that he said it can be drastically off for billions of people in real medical emergencies due to various reasons.

NOTE from my personal studies of reading this whole article and much more with years of practice with these and taking vitals on 1000’s of real people across the board on ages and situations, I think a Pulse Oximetry device should NEVER READ 100% Spo2 for anyone; that is a possible sign to me, it is mis-calibrated and will in theory under-read drastically to someone that is low, though still within normal limits, when comparing readings with a independent secondary pulse oximetry that reads you normally 98-99% Spo2 and reads them at 94% Spo2, though on the 100% Spo2 device for you, they may read 90% or even less showing to the health care provider immediate dangerous numbers. Though the medical training books have not gone into explaining the watch out variables or limits of this device, just to not take it as a one and done diagnoses. I consider writing a real complete safety and or troubleshooting check list. Like a lot of the invisible ones people don’t think much about, artifact, line attenuation considerations, cross radiation from other radios interfering with the infrared signal and or the line signal even if it is a plugged in type, temperature too cold causes restriction of blood vessels and lowers numbers some in theory, Shock also has a similar effect of shunting blood towards the core vital areas. Skin color actually is a factor since it is measuring light colors in mass ratio and not actually oxygen. There is a lot of other little aspects, like the alcohol cleaning products, some melt plastic and don’t you think that refraction or melty smear on the reading lense may effect its readings? That is enough for now from me.
